Version 4.0.3 brings an all new SMS Subscribers page alongside some big enhancements to how you view flow data.

New: See Exactly What You Sent, Right Inside Your Live Flow

Until now, if you wanted to review the full body of a message in a live flow, you had to create a draft version just to see it. That was an unnecessary extra step, and we fixed it.

Flow View Mode now includes a detailed expanded view for Send Message nodes. Click into any node to see the complete message body, including the full image for MMS messages, alongside granular success metrics for that specific send. Everything you need to audit, review, or report on a message is right there in your live flow without touching draft mode at all.

If you manage flows with multiple message nodes or MMS content, this one will save you time every single week. No setup required. Open any live flow in View Mode and expand a Send Message node to see it in action.

Update: The Subscribers Page Has Been Completely Rebuilt

If your SMS list has grown significantly, you have probably felt the old Subscribers page start to struggle. Slow load times, broken search, no way to page through results. For merchants scaling into the hundreds of thousands of subscribers, it had become a real bottleneck.

That page is gone. The rebuilt SMS Subscribers page loads quickly regardless of list size, with proper page-by-page navigation that works the way you would expect it to. Search by phone number or name and get results instantly. No more waiting, no more workarounds.

Beyond performance, the page now gives you more control over your subscriber base in one place. Create new subscribers directly from the page, a phone number is all that is required. Opt out existing subscribers when needed. Export your full list as a CSV with a loading indicator so you always know the export is running. Additional subscriber metrics have been added to give you a clearer picture of your list at a glance.

No action required. Head to Audience → SMS Subscribers and you will notice the difference immediately.
